About Twilight, New Moon, Bella Swan and Edward Cullen

A year ago one of my best buddies told me not to got to watch Twilight, which is a chick-flick. I did and, oh boy, what a shame...

At the university I'm working right now, lots of 18-or-19-year-old students are crazy about this vampire-wannabe tearjerker film.

One of them uttered these shocking words: "Twilight and New Moon are the best movies I've ever seen in my life!"

Creepy...

When I was 13 my favorite film was 'A Clockwork Orange' and then on my parents, specially mom taught us to worship good cinema.

Girls are crazy about Robert Pattinson (aka Edward Cullen) and Kristen Stewart (who the most appealing yet boring character in the film and BTW quiiiiiiiiiiiite hot).

I don't know... when I was young vampires used to have fangs, eat people up and show no remorse about it. Now they they go through a hormonal ordeal before they go to sleep.

Wish Buffy ended up with this cheesy trilogy...

About the dark things I dreamed of last night: A bad omen? Pt II

Dreams. Everyone has them. Some good, some bad. Some you wish you could forget. Sometimes you realize, you've outgrown them. Sometimes you feel like they're finally coming true. And some of us, just have nightmares. But no matter what you dream, when morning comes, reality intrudes and the dream begins to slip away.

About feeling a bit old

Had the chance to hang out with some 15 y/o students and I felt kind of old, even though I'm just 10 or 9 years older. I don't play any videogames, I don't know who Hanna Montana or the Jonas Brothers are and I find Twilight and Edward Cullen pretty lame, so I can admit now that I'm officially getting old or maybe just old-fashioned.

ABOUT THE WAYS I HAVE TO CHANGE

I've just had a talk with my new colleague at work. We got into this glass cubicule ready to work. I don't know, there are sometimes when you feel like something is going to happen that day.
Last night I had a weird dream, as I usually do.
Now, my new colleague and now my new friend tells me a story, a tru life-based on her life story.
I'm shivering as from impotence, confusion and certain rising hope.

I've realised I have not done anythingexciting lately and life just runs right in front my eyes and I'm just a quiet, useless spectator.

I thought I had already chance my moves, but evidently I haven't...

I'm not living life to the fullest... I'm not giving myself that chance: love again, make the people around happy again and marking the ground in people's lives.

I'm just existing... not living...
I feel so powerless and limited. I'd like to read an travel, eat and laugh, walk and draw... many many things but truth is I'm way too limited and I'm so disappinted with myself...
Now, as I'm sitting here, i make some random silly questions about my future (if it is that I have one).

It's time to change again... but this time a truly change, take some risks, learn and grow.

I'm trembling of fear, confusion and excitement.

Is life supposed to be like this?

About PERFECTION

Perfection, my friend, is no more made for us than infinity. We must seek for nothing in it, demand nothing of it, neither love nor beauty, happiness nor virtue; but we must love it if we would be virtuous, if we would attain the
greatest happiness of which man is capable.

Alfred de Musset, The Confession of a Child of the Century
